The completion of "agonizing" renovations and additions to this "conveniently located" Downtown chainster "finally make it a pleasant place to stay once again" say fans of the "fantastic", "spacious" rooms with "skyline views" in the new tower, the "best hotel pool" in town and an "unbeatable" location for theater, shopping and Pike Place Market; even if a few still find it "generic", it's a "well-managed", "reasonably" priced property.

Excessive charge for parking.
Rooms were clean and modern. Liked that they gave a $5 food coupon if you declined getting your room cleaned. Restaurant was very good.

Parking is so expensive.
